Charlipop Kids accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank deposit, money order or personal cheque. Paypal simply requires a credit card number to pay (very easy to use) and is a very secure way of paying online. We are also happy to accept phone credit card payments if you would prefer not to send you details for the system we use - which is a secure merchant system. Payment needs to be made within 10 days unless otherwise agreed between Charlipop Kids and the purchaser. A reminder email will be sent during this time and if not paid by day 10, goods will be returned to stock. Where items are classed as samples, please note they are free from labelling requirements as they are regarded as seconds items. With all seconds and preloved we therefore don't take responsibility on how to best care for your garment.
Please note that all previous customer credit and gift vouchers valid when Charlipop Kids was deactivated in August 2012, will not be reinstated.
Charlipop endeavours to send your parcels the next business day after your order is placed, where possible. We deliver via Australia Post and therefore reflects their postage times based on regular or express post. s
Refunds will be accepted for goods not as described or for other reasonable requests such as wrong garment size or garment not meeting needs as first thought. For all refunds, please contact using the contact sform and state reasons for refund request. If refund cannot be offered, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Charlipop Kids will refund in the same way originally paid. We cannot send cash through Australia Post. Refunds will not be accepted because garments were discounted since initial purchase. Refunds for Preloved garments will be determined on original description (ie if an item did state it had a stain and refund is requested due to item condition, then this is not deemed a reasonable reason for refund).
