PAYMENT
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, bank deposit, money order, COD, or personal cheque. Paypal simply requires a credit card number to pay (very easy to use) and is a very secure way of paying online. I am happy to accept phone credit card payments if you would prefer not to send you details for the system I use - which is a secure merchant system.

SALE ITEMS
I must point out that as I am not an 'authorised' stockist of some of the past season items listed (such as Oilily, Bengh per Principesse, IKKS) at discounted prices and deal with a secondary market of these items, I in no way 'represent' the labels I sell. I can assure you however that the labels are genuine, and if you have any questions regarding authenticity please contact me through the 'contact me' page.

SAMPLES
Legally the sample items are regarded as second hand, as they have been used by the agent to show the clients seasonal ranges. While they are in new condition, they are not part of the normal stock seasonal range. Therefore as in regulation of the trade practices act that they do not require care labels to be attached. Most samples do not include care labels or size labels. They will be at times also missing the swing identity tags and be subject to minor flaws.

Photos are used by permission and rights of Mini Diva, Ideas in Motion, Lydons and Dreamstime Images. Please do not copy these photographs as they are protected by copyright laws.

DELIVERY POLICY

POST
Charlipop Kids will send your item/s within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Method of post for both Australia and International is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

Postage VIC $7.50 flat rate; Other AU states $7.50 (up to 500g) $10.50 (up to 3kg) express; International $10.50-$15

Within Australia please allow 1-5 days for delivery once parcel is sent, although Australia Post have known to take longer to send to more remote Australian locations. Please allow up up to 2 weeks to post internationally, although I cannot take responsibility for postage hold-ups either nationally or internationally that are not within my control. I will send a confirmation when your item is sent, and if appropriate include the tracking or insurance number.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

For safety of garments in transit, I will automatically register any purchase over $50. If your purchase is under this amount and you would like to have your item registered, please add $2.50 to the sale at end of the transaction.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
Charlipop Kids will refund either to your Paypal account or direct deposit. I cannot send cash through Australia Post.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you contact me with the intent to return and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
